In the unlikely event that you are not 100% satisfied, or if your product should arrive damaged, products will be accepted for return or exchange pending approval and at BE LIBRÉ OUTFITTERS’ discretion.


  • A request for refund or exchange must be submitted via email ( within 3 days of delivery. 

  • Refunds, once approved by BE LIBRÉ OUTFITTERS, can take up to 10-14 business days to process, unless a shorter time is required by law. 

  • If you ordered the wrong size, you may exchange the item for the same item in the correct size. If your replacement item is in stock, it will be shipped to you upon BE LIBRE` OUTFITTERS’s inspection and approval of your returned merchandise. If your replacement item is out of stock, a replacement will ship when it is in stock. Exchanges for items that are out of stock could take up to 8-10 weeks for delivery.

Campaign Items

  • Items from the Women's Suffrage and Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign are final sale. No refunds or exchanges will be considered.

Receipts and Payments

  • Returns and exchanges must include a receipt for the merchandise. If you do not have the receipt, BE LIBRÉ OUTFITTERS may provide a replacement return or exchange authorization at the company’s discretion. 

  • If a discount or other promotion was applied to the original purchase, the return amount will be adjusted accordingly. 

  • The original form of payment on approved returns will be credited (less any shipping charges). If the original form of payment is no longer valid, a merchandise credit will be issued. 

  • If a gift card, merchandise credit or gift receipt was used, an exchange or a merchandise credit will be issued.

Shipping Your Return Back To Us

  • BE LIBRE` OUTFITTERS does not pay the postage for returns or exchanges and cannot reimburse you for shipping charges. 

  • If you ship your item back to BE LIBRÉ OUTFITTERS we cannot guarantee that the item will be received. It is our recommendation that you use a shipping carrier that will give you the ability to track your package, and that you insure your package at its full value. BE LIBRÉ OUTFITTERS cannot be responsible if your shipment is lost by the shipping carrier, or if for any reason it is not received at our facility. Please keep track of your return tracking number.
