I was diagnosed with breast cancer one day before my birthday. I had six fibroid tumors removed between 2016 and February 2018. In March I started chemotherapy, something I dreaded and did not look forward to! I took a deep breath and said “I can do all things through Christ who strengthen me.” I endured six rounds of chemo-infusion which made me weak and fatigue. I did not have an appetite, lost weight and was dehydrated several occasions. But God!
After my second chemo session, I had a car
accident with over $12,000 worth of damage to my car, not to include the other car that I hit. But I thank God no one was injured. We all survived, walking away with no injuries! We have an awesome God! On July 19th of this year, I completed my last chemo session. I praise God every day for bringing me through it. I could not have made it without Him.
It’s time to celebrate! I’m a blessed woman and as long as I have God on my side I can’t and I won’t give up. I have too much to live for.
